DEAR me, i love you
a book about healing abuse & trauma

This book is a love letter to anyone who, like me, has ever felt unloved, alone, and heartbroken. To anyone who is on the path of healing and deep self work; the path of breaking down their walls and opening their hearts again.

Dear Me, I love you was mostly written in tears, in the middle of the night. These pages are filled with my deepest feelings, my most vivid dreams, my greatest lessons from heartbreak. I hope it can help you feel your emotions, face your traumas and heal your heart. My greatest dream is a world where no one feels alone in their pain, and where we all find our way back to our souls; our truest selves.

Love, Kanchan

Dear me,

Even after being physically and sexually abused;
neglected and emotionally abandoned…
you did it. You brought yourself back to life.

Your innocence, your love, your light,
your vulnerability...you brought it all back to life.

Love,
Your heart

Proceeds from Dear Me, I love you will be donated to The Kanchan Foundation to fund initiatives that provide mental health services for children and protect animals from abuse.

My vision is a world where the vulnerable beings of society, children and animals, are safe from harm. A society where help is provided quickly to those who are traumatized so they can heal and continue living beautiful, fulfilling lives…because that is what every living being deserves.
